Who the heck goes to a place called Micheladas and doesn't order a Michelada. This guy. At least not on this visit. Happened to be in Holister for work so we went with the team and sat at a table outside. Food was good. I ordered the fish tacos and they did not disappoint. But I have to say don't be fooled by the ceviche tostadas. I was thinking a round crispy flat tortilla with some fish on it but a few people ordered it at the table and it came with a mountain of seafood on top. Looked delicious and everyone eating it was silent and smiling so must have been good. I will be back to try it for myself.

Food and service are always great! Never had a dish/drink here that we didn't enjoy. We dine here regularly.

Decided to try this place out since we were in the area and craving aguachile. We were seated right away and found parking right in front of the restaurant. We were given chips & salsa as soon as we sat down. They were both good, but some of the chips were a bit stale. The service definitely could have been better. It took about 15 minutes for our server to bring us waters and ask if we'd like anything else to drink. So we were ready to order by the time he did. But once we ordered, the food came out super quickly. I tried their aguachile verde which was very good! The portion was bigger than expected as well. We also tried their asada fries which were delicious! I loved the fries and the asada was so good! I definitely recommend this place! That also have an outside patio, but we decided to sit inside as it was rainy the day we went.

Me and my honey found a new gem yall it's a must try it's beyond delicious We came to hollister to hang out with friends got invited to this little whole in the wall!!!!!! The wait was a little long but dam worth it I will wait again!!!!!!! We sat down immediately got fresh chips and salsa dip!!! Amazing Then we order hot Cheeto sushi if I could give more stars I would I never tasted a sushi like that out of this world amazing.. also the birra burrito was off the hook so tasty and fresh too!!! Everything was served hot and delicious! Natalie was our server she made our visit so comfy and we appreciate the attentiveness and hospitality she provided thank you we will be back very soon I will tell the world to Try you!!!!!

We were in town and wanted to have lunch, and Las Micheladas was highly recommended. We had the Cevichelada and the Burrito De Birria with asada. The Cevichelada was served with ceviche in a bowl on top of a barrel mug of Michelada. My choice of beer is Negro Modelo for my micheladas. It was so good! For me, it was a meal in itself. The Burrito De Birria was huge and it was delicious! I was surprised that they have sushi on their menu. I will definitely try them next time. Service was great and it wasn't noisy at all. They have a nice outdoor parklet, but we opted to sit inside since it was still a little cool outside.

Las Micheladas is a solid Mexican restaurant known for their namesake cocktail. But the better bargain is just a beer - these doctored up beers are not worth the price. You'll see many of the micheladas ordered by many patrons, and if you are so inclined to order one, the basic selection will satisfy a craving; the more expansive options are expensive and are filled with just a bunch of fluff. Their birria is superb, but I personally come here for their cold bar menu. The tostada mixta and both the shrimp and fish cevice are exquisite. My kids love the sushi. It's the safe sushi with cooked fish/shrimp and some nice crunch to the rolls. Ambiance is pretty run of the mill, but I dig the music and open kitchen vibe. Service can be slow at times, but the place does get busy. The ONLY place in town to get your Mariscos craving fix!!!

It is so incredibly hard to find a place who does aguachile right. I've been looking high and low in SoCal. Came here because they're one of the few places that were open late night and I'm glad we did. Everything tasted amazing!! Truly, chefs kiss. Service was great, vibes were on point. Definitely try
